Last week, our team was proud to be recognized at the Platinum level in ABC Greater Houston’s STEP safety program — a reflection of our team’s commitment to building a proactive, people-first safety culture.

By achieving this status, it indicates that we have:

• A Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) 25% below the industry average
• Best-in-class safety practices
• A strong, proactive safety culture that engages employees at all levels
• Completed a comprehensive self-assessment covering 20 key components of a
  world-class safety program

We are incredibly grateful for our HSE Houston team and leadership team for driving our
safety culture forward, as well as the rest of Locke for making a conscious effort to help
implement these safety practices into our work every single day.

At the end of the day, safety remains our top priority and we continuously strive to enhance
