Over here at Locke, we have some big plans in the works! For the last 9 years, we have quickly grown from a startup business to one of the leading Precast companies along the Gulf Coast. We were recently recognized in the top 100 fastest growing companies in the Houston Business Journal since 2018 ranked at #38 on the list.
Now, Michael Luck, our Vice President and current Sales Manager, has decided it is time for us to hire a focused Sales & Marketing Manager to be a part of our Executive Leadership Team to lead our sales organization.
As we look ahead to the future of Locke and our $100mm annual revenue goal by the year 2030, we understand there will be a lot of changes along the way, and we are looking for the right person to lead the charge. Over the past couple years, we have strategically invested in our facility, upgrading our bridge cranes, forklifts, casting molds, and expanding our laydown yard, while in the coming months, we will be expanding our office footprint…all in an effort to help position the company for growth.
Once we have named a new Sales & Marketing Manager, Mr. Luck will retain his role as Vice President and continue to provide leadership and manage his customer relationships as he always has until he decides to retire…which we hope will be many years from now.
