Interns will work closely with our talented team, contributing to innovative projects and learning about the latest technologies in precast solutions. Sales/Estimating

Assist with proposals, estimating efforts, and customer support while learning how projects move from concept to construction.

Structural Engineering

Support real-world engineering efforts from design through production. Gain exposure to structural systems, drawings, and field coordination.

Marketing

Contribute to content creation, events, campaigns, and digital initiatives that support business growth and brand awareness.

Locke Solutions offers internships in areas such as Project Management, Marketing, Structural Engineering, and Sales/Estimating. Our internship opportunities fluctuate year by year to support functions based on company needs and student interest.

Internships are offered during the summer term and are located in-person at our Houston, Texas facility.

Current college students or recent graduates who are interested in gaining real-world experience in the construction industry are encouraged to apply.

Yes, all Locke Solutions internships are paid. The pay rate varies according to experience and skills required.

Our summer internship program is 10 weeks long.
