The curing time required will depend on the type and size of the concrete sample, although most mixes take 24 to 48 hours to be touch dry, and up to 28 days to reach maximum strength. 

Once the concrete has sufficiently cured, the forms are removed to reveal the finished precast element. Careful demolding is essential to prevent damage to the concrete surface or the form itself.
