Trench systems have become one of the most essential products in modern infrastructure. From managing stormwater drainage to housing critical electrical lines, precast concrete trench solutions are designed to save you time, deliver long-lasting durability, and keep your jobsites safer.

We produce three types of precast trench systems – drainage, electrical, and utility. Each type is precision-engineered and fully customizable to meet the specific needs of your project. We offer a range of cover and grate options, including concrete, plastic, cast iron, and galvanized steel. For added stability, our trenches feature mechanical connection options such as tongue & groove joints, bolt pockets, and welding plates. We can also incorporate floor openings to accommodate sumps. And thanks to our innovative mold designs, we can accomplish precise angles, create special pieces, and even produce internally sloped floors

Drainage

Sloping drainage trench is commonly used for managing surface water in various environments including roads, industrial sites, parking lots, and commercial spaces. Engineered with consistent accuracy, this type of trench is designed with a slight slope to promote efficient water flow by utilizing gravity. Preparing the sub-grade for our sloped trench is easy; simply compact and level the ground, and every hundred feet or so, create a step up or step down for easy installation.

Electrical

Our electrical trenches provide a reliable and weather-resistant solution to house your critical infrastructure, making them ideal for a range of projects including industrial facilities, power plants, and transportation hubs. To keep your cables tidy, our trenches can be produced with racking pre-installed, and we can even design concrete dividers to effectively separate high-voltage and low-voltage cables.

Utility

Utility trenches are essential in urban planning and infrastructure development, ensuring that utility services such as water and gas are efficiently delivered to residential, commercial, and industrial sites. They also help keep these systems organized and accessible for maintenance or future expansion. For utility projects, our trenches offer a modular, fully customizable solution that streamlines this process.

Conclusion

Our custom trench solutions involve detailed design work, expert engineering, and proactive project management. We’re able to accommodate a variety of load ratings including pedestrian, HS-20, and even the stringent demands of marine port and airport applications. Whether it’s drainage, electrical, or utility, our precast trench systems are built for safety, durability, efficiency, and cost savings.
